As the autumn season unfolds, we’re reminded of God’s steady faithfulness and the new growth we see in the lives of those in our care. This month feels especially full of reasons to give thanks, and we’re so grateful to share these moments of celebration with you—our extended family.

New LIFE 🩷

Our Kathy’s House family is overjoyed to celebrate the precious arrival of Amelia Lucielle Adams, born to Christina Adams. Both mom and baby are healthy and thriving, and we give thanks to God for this beautiful gift of new life. Amelia’s birth is a sweet reminder of God’s promise of new beginnings, and we are excited to walk alongside Christina as she continues to grow in faith, in strength, and in her calling as a loving mother and devoted member of our program.

Heather, shown above with Founders Diana and J.P. Spitz, was one of our early graduates and the very first expectant mother to join Kathy’s House. Rescued off the streets, she courageously chose life for her baby and powerfully turned her life around. Today, Heather is thriving, a devoted mom who just had her third child. Her story is a beautiful reminder of the hope, healing, and new beginnings made possible through God’s grace.

A Step of Faith:
Our New Women’s Home

We are thrilled to announce that Kathy’s House has taken a bold step of faith with the purchase of a beautiful new four-bedroom women’s home. This expansion opens the door for more women to find the safety, healing, and restoration they so deeply need.

To fully secure this incredible blessing, we are stepping out together in faith to raise $475,000 to pay off the mortgage. We invite you to join us in prayer and consider partnering with us in this vital cause. Every gift—large or small—becomes part of a lasting foundation of hope for the women and children who will soon call this house their home.”

Men’s Program
Milestones.

This month, we have the joy of celebrating three of our men as they proudly graduate from the one-year residential program. Their journeys have been marked by remarkable courage, steadfast discipline, and a growing faith that has carried them through challenges and into victory. Each has chosen to leave behind destructive cycles and embrace the hope of a new life in Christ. Their stories are a powerful reminder that true transformation is possible, and their example inspires us all.

Changing Their World

The men and women of Kathy’s House continue to expand their impact in the community, living testimonies to God’s transforming power. Once trapped in gangs and addiction, they are now building one another up and blessing those around them through love, service, and kindness. Ralphie recently chose to be baptized. He is pictured with his sister Jessica, also a resident, who talked him into leaving the streets to come to Kathy’s House. Mark courageously shared his gift of singing before the church—a bold step of faith. Truly, they are God’s handiwork, walking in the good works He prepared for them. Celebrate with us as we share photos of their lives and joy below. It’s truly God’s goodness on display.
