We Have to Celebrate - Victory
Victory in Jesus
Victory in Jesus has truly been the heartbeat of Kathy’s House in recent months—we have so much to celebrate!
From the graduations of Victor, Jacob, and Aryel to multiple baptisms and bold, life-changing commitments to follow Christ, our homes are full, and the fruit is abundant. I’m continually in awe of what the Lord is doing in our midst.
New Life
New Beginnings
We recently celebrated Christina’s baby shower and gender reveal—it’s a girl! Christopher Victos married Alex and became the proud stepfather to a beautiful 3-year-old daughter. Christina, Becky, Bria, Elisabeth, and Lauren were all baptized, declaring their faith publicly. Jacob launched his new career as an EMT, Chase began his barber apprenticeship, and Joseph earned his CADTP certification—he’ll soon begin working in detox to help others find freedom from addiction.
Each of these stories
Is a MIRACLE
In May, Becky, one of our newer residents, suffered a stroke. But God, in His mercy, responded to your prayers. She’s now home and recovering rapidly. Praise God!
Two of our pregnant residents are doing well, and we look forward with joy to welcoming their little ones into the family of God. These courageous mothers have made life-affirming choices—not only giving their children life, but a future filled with hope and purpose.
Each of these stories is a miracle. When men and women come to Kathy’s House, the real transformation begins. As they surrender to the process, they face real struggles—but they’re not alone. Our amazing team walks beside them with grace, truth, and unwavering love. Having seen what restoration in Christ looks like day after day, I can honestly say: if I were in their shoes, there’s no place on earth I’d rather be.

This is what
Your Support Makes Possible
We’re also rejoicing over a long-awaited answer to prayer: a new van was recently donated to the ministry! Transportation has been one of our greatest challenges, and this generous gift is already making a powerful impact in how we serve our residents. Thank you to the hearts that made it happen.
Please continue to pray for us—all 30 of us! Your prayers truly sustain us. We’re also actively seeking more space in our women’s home, as we are having to turn away women every day. We would love to add a couple of rooms to meet the growing need. If you feel led to help, we’d be grateful to hear from you.
Please consider donating goods or making a financial contribution today!
And as always, if you or your neighbors have gently used household items, clothing, or jewelry to donate, please contact us to arrange a pickup. These donations directly support our homes and help us continue this life-transforming work.
Thank you for being part of this journey. Your prayers, generosity, and encouragement mean more than words can express. We truly couldn’t do this without you.
With love and deep gratitude,
Jon Phillips
