Kathy
Bronson...
As
a wife, friend, and mother of three, Kathy Bronson battled
cancer for 30 of her 44 years. Throughout her struggle,
her faith in God's goodness and mercy remained steadfast,
as she accepted His will for her life and witnessed to others
about His grace.
Kathy
also lovingly prepared her family for a future that would
not include her. Her greatest concern was Carrie, her 18-year
old mentally handicapped daughter. Kathy and her husband,
Mike, long dreamed of providing Carrie with the opportunity
to be independent and productive when her years of formal
schooling are completed. "Our greatest desire is that she
remains happy her entire life and that her needs are always
met in caring, Christian surroundings."
Kathy
went home to her heavenly Father on August 17, 2000. Out
of a love for Kathy and her family, grew the idea for Kathy's
House - a living tribute to a woman who has touched hundreds
of lives with her unswerving faith, kindness, and devotion
to God, her family and her friends.
